Yuexi Li is a Golden Trailer Award–winning film editor whose work bridges feature storytelling and motion marketing. She has shaped narratives across feature films, documentaries, and high-profile trailers.

​

Yuexi began her career editing feature projects, refining her craft in visual rhythm and emotional pacing. She later edited the feature film Ciao, which was nominated for Best Film at the Beijing International Film Festival.

 

She then moved on to craft trailers and creative campaigns for major studios and filmmakers, with clients including Searchlight, A24, the Academy Awards, and BMW.

 

Guided by a belief that every story has one perfect rhythm, Yuexi approaches each project with curiosity, precision, and emotional intuition. Her editing style emphasizes restraint, timing, and the subtle interplay between image, sound, and feeling.

Yuexi now resides in Los Angeles. Outside the edit bay, she finds inspiration in paddleboarding, kendo, and animation.
